The Work:

The Change Management & Training team is part of the Center of Excellence (COE). The COE enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams.

As a manager on the Change Management & Training team, you will drive and contribute to change management, culture, and training initiatives. You will lead one or more key projects end-to-end, with the goal of change and adoption for both Sales Excellence teams and internal customers.

You will:

- Plan and execute programs, campaigns, workshops, and other change initiatives.
- Understand leadership’s vision and desired culture (beliefs, values, behaviors) for Sales Excellence
- Gather or interpret data from interviews, surveys and other discovery methods.
- Analyze problems, formulate hypotheses, discover insights and make recommendations.
- Create key deliverables for each target audience. These may include communications, training resources, videos, job aids and workshop materials.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Sales Excellence, HR,



Finance and other functions as needed.

Here’s what you need:
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum of 10 or more years of experience in change management, Program/Project Management, training, or related work.
- Balance competing priorities with guidance.
- Help create and execute medium to complex workplans.
- Engage confidently with senior leadership.
- Demonstrate knowledge of supporting tools and processes, with expertise in specific areas
- Analyze and solve complex problems.

Extra credit if you have:
- Familiarity with Accenture and sales processes
- Experience with engagement surveys, collaboration tools, and event

You May Also Need:
- Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs.
- Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home,



in accordance with local guidelines.
