SUMMARY

The Front End Developer plays a vital role in the development of single-page web applications, focusing on creating intuitive user experiences and scalable solutions. Responsibilities include developing new features, creating reusable components, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using React.js and other modern front-end technologies
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes and visual designs into interactive and visually appealing user interfaces
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance




- Integrate front-end elements with back-end services and APIs
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the application works smoothly across a variety of devices and browsers
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile workflows
- Test your work thoroughly, utilizing unit testing and end-to-end testing methodologies to ensure quality and reliability

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 3 years of experience with React.js and its core principles (React hooks, component lifecycle, state management)
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS,



JavaScript, and front-end development best practices
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them into a React application
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience working closely with designers
- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- English proficiency is a must. It's important you can communicate your ideas clearly as you will be interacting with English-speaking coworkers
- Must be based in Buenos Aires
- Availability to work full-time from Mon to Fri from 9 to 6 local time, and onsite from our office in CABA Tuesdays and Thursdays
