Human Resources Director
CLINIGMA is a global research company focused on interviewing patients in relation to global clinical trials. Our company was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director who can build and run a small HR unit supporting the needs of our global team.
Job Description
You will be responsible for building and running a dedicated HR department, whose primary job is to ensure together with the different departments that our global teams have the staff and skills they need to perform their work. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and who would like to work in a global-oriented company.
As our HR Director,
you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing our current HR strategy initiatives into the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the entire HR wheel and keep all employee records updated in our systems.
- Business development and sparring with the management team and middle managers.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience with HR Manager.
- Recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Employer branding – retention and attracting talent.
- Competency development programs, training and development plans.
- Initiate HR projects to ensure employer well-being and engagement in CLINIGMA.
- Sparring partner in employment law and ensure well-considered decisions in accordance with legislation with the country partners and HR Manager.
- Keep company policies, compliance and documentation accurate and up to date.
Skills and Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience from a HR strategic and business development role.
- Experience in building up and driving a HR department in another global-oriented start-up company, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector or consulting business.
- Used to working in a process-governed working environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, with a sharp attention to detail and time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of how to gather insights on local labour laws and HR best practices.
- Trust-building, inspiring, and have a natural impact.
- Integrity, high standards of morality and ethics.
- Proactive in interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Curious and exploratory, pragmatic and constructive.
