About the Role: Our client is looking for a Head of Engineering Operations to scale the business into the next phase of growth.
They are looking for a world-class head of Tech to align with business strategy.
With your experience and talents, you will be responsible to plan, coordinate and oversee the technical and engineering activities.
Planning engineering projects and overseeing the efficient running of projects, including providing supervision and guidance to the tech team.
They have their eye out for someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business from a creative point of view.
Responsibilities:
Oversee front-end and back-end development teams and their projectsMonitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvementsEnsure compliance with security regulationsManage software development projects by setting requirements, goals,
and timelinesPrepare and manage the engineering department's budgetDesign strategies for future development projects based on the company's overall objectives and resourcesHire engineers and coordinate their trainingImplement innovative technologiesCoordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and toolsReview and update policies relevant to internal systems and equipmentRequirements:
Hands-on React Native Experience7+ Years of work experience as a director of engineering or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering departmentExtensive experience with cloud technologies and modern human-computer interfacesHands-on experience in back-end and front-end developmentGood understanding of agile methodologiesLeadership abilities with a strategic mindExcellent project management skillsBSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant fieldBenefits: PTO, Health, and More!
Base Salary Range: $170,000 to $250,000
