About the Team The team develops the core APIs used by all devices on our platform to control, react to, onboard, and list devices.

In this role, you'll be able to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with a team of high-performing engineers.
Required Experience with JavaJVM web frameworks: Micronaut, Spring Boot, etc.Experience with asynchronous server-side programming.Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra or DynamoDB.Strong experience with modern non-blocking/asynchronous server frameworks like Micronaut, Spring Boot, Node.js, Spring WebFlux, etc.Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExperience with large complex microservice architecture and service-to-service interconnectabilityExperience with Linux systems.Experience in developing RESTful APIs.Experience operating production services in AWS.Comfortable deploying and managing infrastructure as code using Terraform.Excellent communication and people skills.Generally identifies as a hard-working, light-hearted, joyful, growth mindset individual.Nice to have Experience with RatPack is a plus.Experience with Kotlin.Experience with Kafka.Experience with IoT device applications.Potential Projects Running functional tests locallyInclude client_id in with Rate LimitsCategory Extraction to DuploCassandra MigrationManifold MySQL to DynamoDB migrationFix Gizmo PaginationImplement Circuit Breakers across Gizmo for all backends accordinglyManifold Backend conversion Phase 2 & 3PagerDuty monitors and alert audits and adjustment implementationRemoving complex, dead code from GizmoWe support you with Relocation!
