We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Global Talent Management team. The primary objective of this role is to support the Talent Management Director in identifying, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates who align with the organization's strategic needs and goals. This position will oversee multiple recruitment processes for all companies within the Group, across various regions. This role is crucial in ensuring a steady pipeline of highly competent and bilingual talent, fostering seamless integration, and retaining top professionals within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection





- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified bilingual candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate selection.
- Manage at least 15 simultaneous end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
- Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and establish relationships with universities and training centers.

Administration & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and current labor regulations.
- Manage reports and data analysis related to talent acquisition and retention.

Hiring & Onboarding

- Extend job offers
- Negotiate hiring conditions (if needed)
- Verify references
- Manage the hiring process
- Conduct the onboarding session with new joiners
- Collect and compile the pre-employment requirements

Bilingual Communication: Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, employees, and managers.

Analytical Thinking:



Capacity to evaluate candidate profiles and make data-driven decisions.

Results-Oriented: Focus on meeting recruitment objectives and continuously improving selection processes.

Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges and resolve issues effectively.

Time & Process Management: Strong ability to handle at least 15 concurrent recruitment processes end-to-end, ensuring prioritization, organization, and efficiency.

Multitasking & Resilience: Capacity to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities without compromising quality.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment and talent acquisition roles, preferably in multinational environments.

Knowledge: Expertise in modern talent acquisition techniques and tools.



Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruitment platforms.

Languages: Advanced English proficiency is required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Exclusive Requirement: Proven experience in managing at least 15 simultaneous end-to-end recruitment processes.
