establishing the artistic approach for social media posts across two prestigious automotive brands.

Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Transformation: Help transform concepts into stunning visuals that align with the brand identity and messaging for each post.Artistic Direction: Establish the artistic approach for every social media post, ensuring that visuals effectively convey the brand's personality and vehicle characteristics.Brand Identity Creation: Maintain cohesive visual identities across both brands on various social media platforms, ensuring design consistency and brand alignment.Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including copywriters and motion designers, to develop integrated social media campaigns that reflect a social-first focus.Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of visual quality,
ensuring accuracy in design elements and checking for consistency between copy and visuals, including vehicle trims and features.Client Presentations: Present visual concepts and designs to clients, articulating the creative vision and demonstrating alignment with brand goals.Curiosity and Brand Understanding: Proactively learn about each brand's positioning, personality, and vehicle attributes, ensuring that all visual work reflects the intended narrative.Trend Analysis: Stay updated with design trends and social media best practices, integrating innovative ideas into your work while discerning the appropriate use of AI and compositing techniques.Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and empowering team environment.Minimum QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 years as an Art Director or Senior Designer,
with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful visual identities in the automotive sector.Creative Vision: Strong design sense, with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling solutions that resonate with audiences.Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).Branding Experience: Proven experience in developing and managing brand identities, especially in a social media context.Attention to Detail: An eye for detail to ensure all designs align with brand standards and accurately represent vehicle characteristics.Curiosity: A strong desire to learn about the brands you work with, delving into their market positioning and consumer insights.Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective teamwork and collaboration.Adaptability:
