Motherson SAS is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Pacheco, Argentina!
Responsibilities
- Conduct general financial analyses of the reports obtained from the SAP system and/or other statistical software.
- Coordinate with Management within the department as well as other departments in order to report progress and changes.
- Receive Non-Production Purchasing (NPP) purchases into SAP system.
- Obtain, provide and validate proper finance information from invoices, journal entries, etc.
- Assist with Engineering team CATS hours tracking and reporting. Ensure financial awareness of engineering operational teams.
- Contract Labor/Cost Management: Validate hours worked on timesheets along with bill rate and invoices received. Track hours billed and not billed for accruals.
- Assist in the month end closing process and contribute to preparation of month end reports.
- Assist in providing the necessary information requested by internal and external auditors.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with the Motherson SAS Internal Control Basics and Motherson SAS Core Procedures.
- Assist in managing the reporting process ensuring reliability,
consistency, transparency and delay compliance.
- Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction.
- Capitalizes on knowledge and shares best practices/lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a finance related field.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Superior analytical and organizational skills.
- Results and detail oriented.
