Job Description & Summary
A career within Process Assurance services, will enable you to assist clients in optimising control activities, organisational strategy, and policies and procedures. You’ll conduct transaction testing, perform readiness assessments, and leverage various technical Information Technology controls (e.g. databases, operating systems, data warehouses, and reporting tools) in order to help our clients achieve optimal operational efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities :
- Coach managers of the department making sure they align with policies and procedures to keep high-quality standards.
- Be able to maintain conversations in Fluent English.
- Develop relationships with the US Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers to support our tasks and professional growth.
- Planning and staffing : keep track of the needs of resources for the projects making sure they are adequately fulfilled.
Also monitor hours projected and booked for each engagement.
- Review audit work made by the team.
- Help the line of service in recruiting.
- Manage risks, processes and internal controls related to financial reporting or non-financial reporting, both manual and IT.
- Identify the need to adapt work programs and practices to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Identify and address client needs, as well as beginning to develop strong client relationships, and identify additional service opportunities.
- Create a positive and motivating environment.
- Monitor workloads of the team while meeting client expectations.
- Provide meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keep leadership informed of progress.
- Understand the importance of have a correct information management

Job Requirements and Preferences
- Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor's Degree
- Required Fields of Study : Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration / Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, and / or other relevant degree.
- Credential Required : Public Accountant, CISA or US CPA
- Minimum Years of Experience : Seven years of relevant experience (auditing and IT controls auditing, consulting and / or implementing IT solutions)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
