Company Overview

This is a U.S.-based education company that helps students prepare for law school. The CEO is an expert in test prep, and their study materials are widely used by students aiming for top scores.



The company is growing and needs an organized, proactive assistant who can help manage the workload and stay ahead of tasks.

What You’ll Do

- Manage Email & Calendar – Sort through emails, schedule meetings, and make sure the CEO’s time is well spent.
- Keep Things Organized – Stay on top of deadlines, follow up on tasks, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Use Productivity Tools – Work with Superhuman, Acuity, Airtable, Zapier, and similar tools to keep things running efficiently.
- Help with Projects – Support ongoing projects and handle unexpected tasks as they come up.
- Write & Edit Communication – Draft and review emails, documents, and reports.
- Solve Problems – Figure out what needs to be done and make sure it gets handled, without needing constant direction.

Who You Are

- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives .
- Highly organized – You keep track of multiple priorities without letting things slip through the cracks.
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable with productivity tools like Superhuman, Acuity, Airtable,



and Zapier.
- Strong English skills – You can write professional emails and documents without AI assistance.
- Independent and proactive – You take initiative and figure out what needs to be done without constant direction.
- Adaptable – You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.
- Remote work experience – You’ve successfully worked in a remote role before and can stay productive without direct supervision.

What You’ll Get

Salary – $1,500 - $3,000 USD per month, based on experience.

Remote Work – Work from anywhere in Latin America.

Consistent Monthly Pay – Preferred retainer structure for stability.

- Technical Skills & Writing Assessment – A short test to check your ability to use tools and communicate effectively.
- Interview with Director of Business Operations – A discussion about responsibilities and expectations.
- Final Interview with the Founder – A conversation with the Founder to make sure it’s a great fit.
- Offer – If selected,



you’ll receive a formal job offer.
