Role Description

As a Business Development Manager at Rebill, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and managing the full sales cycle within the payments industry.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated, sales-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at closing deals. You will play a key role in expanding Rebill’s presence across Latin America, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

What you’ll do

- Identify and engage potential merchants and partners in key verticals such as SaaS, EdTech, HealthTech, and E-commerce.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, discovery calls, solution pitching, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Take a consultative approach to sales, understanding clients’ payment needs and positioning Rebill’s solutions as the best fit.
- Maintain and optimize pipeline management using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects, follow-ups,



and deal progression.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and implementation experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to refine sales strategies and enhance positioning.

You must have

- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within payments, fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- A proven track record of closing deals and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex payment solutions.
- A self-starter mindset, capable of working independently and adapting to a high-growth startup environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Salary in USD, paid in the way most convenient for you.
