Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager/Specialist to join our team. This role is dedicated to managing a substantial multi-million media budget annually for a specific client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media, a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive paid media campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and achieve client goals.
- Manage a media budget of $10 million annually, ensuring efficient allocation and expenditure.
- Collaborate with the client to understand their business objectives and develop tailored paid media strategies to meet their goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and innovation.
- Utilize the client's existing content pipeline to create and implement effective ad creatives and messaging.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to the client, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
- Use advanced analytics tools to track campaign performance and measure the effectiveness of advertising efforts.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting campaign performance, implementing solutions promptly.
- Work closely with the client’s marketing team, creative team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams at InBeat Agency to leverage additional resources and expertise as needed.
- Participate in regular client meetings to discuss campaign progress, strategies, and future plans.
Qualifications:
- Experience in paid media management, preferably within an agency or a high-budget client environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale media budgets and delivering successful digital advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimization.
