Customer Success Manager

About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help grow our Latin American Market.

You will build relationships with our clients and play an essential role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Do

- Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENT's impact.
- Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
- Be a growth driver, by identifying upsell opportunities.




- Collect feedback and analyze the learners' experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.
- Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance and recommendations to optimize clients' training performance.

- Have a professional level of English to communicate easily with our international teams.
- Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is definitely a plus!
