A multinational freight forwarder is seeking an Jr Ocean Customer Service Analyst to join their team.This role is essential for providing high-quality service to customers and supporting daily operational activities related to international logistics.Key Responsibilities: Process and manage shipping orders from customers and global offices.Ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-up on shipments.Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide status updates.Support business growth through cross-selling opportunities and identifying new revenue streams.Handle customer inquiries, complaints,
and service-related issues professionally.Prepare reports and maintain updated records of shipments and customer interactions.Qualifications: 2 years of experience in logistics operations.Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.Customer-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.Work dynamic: Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Hybrid work model: 3 days on-site, 2 day remote.Location: Puerto Madero, CABA.Corporate benefits package.
