Main Purpose: As a Crop Protection Expert, you will be the technical leader in the region, providing specialized agronomic knowledge to internal teams, dealers, and key industry advisors.
Your role will focus on driving commercial growth through technical expertise, training initiatives, and digital transformation strategies.
Travel required – must be based in the assigned region.
Your Outcome Will Be To: Act as the regional technical advisor for Bayer's Crop Protection and Corn portfolio.Transform technical insights into commercial opportunities, supporting business growth.Develop and strengthen relationships with key agronomic advisors, CREA, AAPRESID, and selected farmers.Lead training programs for sales representatives, agronomic advisors,
