Job Description & Summary
A career in our Ethics and Business Conduct - Practice Support practice, within Risk and Compliance services, will provide you the opportunity to work with a team that provides clients with extensive risk and controls technical knowledge and sector specific experience. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a holistic approach to risk that protects businesses, facilitates strategic decision making and enhances efficiency by assisting management in the assessment of project risks and controls.
Our team helps PwC develop and design effective compliance and ethics initiatives that help us proactively manage our ethics and compliance programmes. You’ll assist through all stages of the compliance and ethics life cycle including compliance programme assessments, development and transformation, risk assessment, and industry regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements and preferences :

- Testing in systems, internal audit or compliance background
Required skills :
- Excel proficiency
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- 3+ relevant experience
Responsibilities :
Management and execution of existing portfolio of monitoring activities
Supplier, MES, and JBR contract testing
Liaise with Procurement, MES, and JBR teams to obtain contract population, select samples, and obtain contracts
Review contracts for required E&C; language
Identify contracts with deficiencies in terms and document results
Supplier Risk Management (SRM) transaction testing
Liaise with source data team(s)
to create a complete set of data that is consistently delivered per the agreed upon cadence
Sample and review source data for all defined SRM monitoring activity(ies)
Perform research on each transaction including (but not limited to) :
Invoice description details
WBS Code and Approver(s)
Relationship type and contract executed (CCOE, MES, Procurement, etc)
Discuss with the appropriate stakeholder(s) to gather additional information
Categorize transactions and results to understand the response (e.g., educate, remediate, strengthen policy language, drive awareness, escalate)
Firm Sponsored Events Testing
Coordinate with Marketing, Anti-Corruption, and Political, Trade, & Government Compliance teams to obtain event data for the testing period
Select samples and build testing template for Anti-Corruption to execute
Review and finalize documentation of activity results
Development and enhancement of activity documentation and templates for monitoring activities
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) maintenance – Conduct a quarterly review of activity SOP documents to confirm accuracy and completeness of process steps and make updates as needed
