As part of our expansion in Argentina, we are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative in Buenos Aires to help grow our client base in Latin America and North America. If you have experience in B2B sales, IT solutions, or recruitment services,

Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Identify, contact, and develop relationships with decision-makers in the IT, tech, and staffing industries.
- Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and virtual sales presentations for potential clients.
- Build a strong sales funnel and actively move prospects through the pipeline.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts for IT services and staffing solutions.
2. Account Management & Growth
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide customized IT staffing and outsourcing solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.
3. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and clients using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Track sales KPIs and performance goals,
reporting results to the management team.
- Stay updated on the market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to refine sales tactics
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, software development, SaaS, or staffing.
- Strong ability to conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and generate high-quality leads.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with business decision-makers (C-Level, Directors, and IT Managers).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline and lead tracking.
- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, cloud services, managed IT, and compliance solutions is a plus.Ability to work independently in a remote setup while being highly proactive.
- Resides in Bogotá,
Colombia with access to a reliable internet connection.
