Customer Success ManagerAbout The Position We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help grow our Latin American Market.
You will build relationships with our clients and play an essential role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Do Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENT's impact.Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.Be a growth driver,
