Business Development Director – South America

Location: Remote (Buenos Aires Province, Argentina) | Reports to: Executive Leadership

Role Summary

As a Business Development Director, your primary job is to bring in new prospects and hand them off to senior management to present and close. You act as an account manager, ensuring continued engagement, and you get paid for as long as Bio Future retains the client.

Full Support from Leadership & Teams – You will have direct access to the CEO, President, operations team, admin, marketing, and sales support to help you secure and retain clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and engage potential clients in plastics, packaging, consumer goods, and waste management industries.
2. Build a pipeline of manufacturers, brands, distributors, and corporations looking for sustainable solutions.
3.



Hand off qualified prospects to senior leadership for presentations and deal closing.
4. Continuously feed the funnel to ensure long-term commissions.

Account Management & Retention (Your Residual Income Engine)

1. Once a deal is closed, act as the primary account manager to ensure smooth communication and continued engagement.
2. Maintain strong client relationships to keep Bio Future as their go-to supplier.
3. Work with operations, customer service, and technical teams to ensure client success.
4. Get paid for as long as Bio Future retains the client.

Market Expansion & Industry Engagement

1. Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry leaders, sustainability-focused organizations, and key decision-makers.
2. Stay ahead of market trends, regulations, and ESG mandates to position Bio Future as the preferred supplier.
3. Represent Bio Future at virtual industry events, trade shows,



and sustainability panels.

Collaboration with Leadership & Support Teams

1. Work closely with senior executives to align on pricing, value positioning, and long-term growth strategies.
2. Collaborate with marketing and sales support teams to develop outreach campaigns and client engagement strategies.
3. Leverage admin, operations, and technical resources to provide seamless customer service and onboarding.
