Are you a people person with excellent communication skills and a knack for keeping things organized? We’re looking for a Customer-Focused Account Manager to join our team and ensure seamless customer experiences for a cleaning company. This is a fully outsourced role, meaning you’ll work remotely while managing client relationships and service coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Client Scheduling & Coordination – Ensure customers book their cleaning services on time and assist with rescheduling when needed.
2. Customer Inquiries & Support – Respond to client questions promptly via phone, email, or chat.
3. Upselling Services – Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades to existing customers.
4.
Cleaner Availability & Coordination – Ensure there are enough cleaners scheduled for appointments.
5. Double-Confirming Bookings – Reduce no-shows by confirming appointments in advance.
6. Requesting & Managing Reviews – Follow up with clients to collect feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
7. General Customer Care – Handle complaints, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality service standards.
What You Need to Succeed:
1. Strong communication skills – You’ll be the bridge between customers and the cleaning team.
2. Excellent organizational skills – You’ll be managing multiple bookings and follow-ups daily.
3. Problem-solving mindset – Able to resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns efficiently.
4. Sales & Upselling Ability – Comfortable suggesting additional services when appropriate.
5. Tech-Savvy – Experience using CRM systems, scheduling tools, or similar platforms is a plus.
