Job Requirements
1. Medium-Advanced technical knowledge (Office 365 at User Support Level)
2. Experience in troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11 environments
3. Basic knowledge of Mobile Phones and Tablets
4. Work and develop with work methodologies
5. Experience in customer service
6. Experience working through tickets
7. Provide technical assistance to clients regarding any operating system issues
8. Communicate with clients to dig into the real problem; conduct screenshare sessions if required
9. Ensure all desktop computer systems are working properly
10.
Refer unresolved issues to higher officials such as Technical Support Manager and provide useful suggestions
11. Maintain and update records of issues and take measures to prevent those issues in the future
12. Make reports of customer queries
13. Troubleshoot any problems regarding software and hardware computer support
14. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
15. Regular maintenance of organizational assets (computers, laptops, peripherals)
16. Responsible for maintaining records of issues and solutions, user training, basic network support, emergency support, security compliance, etc.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
2. Proven experience of working as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, or a related role
3. Exceptional knowledge of working with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS systems
4. Proficient knowledge of computer systems and their peripherals such as printers, scanners, etc.
5. Experience with various network connections addressing
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the best solutions to their queries
8. Proficient knowledge of antivirus software
9. Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
10. Exceptional customer service skills
