The IT Global Planning & Operations role provides support to the leadership team to improve team effectiveness and enable the effective delivery of the IT Global Business Plan through business strategies and capabilities that drive operational performance and revenue. The IT Global Planning & Operations role achieves this by ensuring strategy execution of the plan throughout the year. He/she is responsible for managing the vision and execution of the strategy through analysis and recommendations of the Global project portfolio and budget. He/she will use continuous improvement methodology to drive standards and visual metrics for the leadership team. The Global IT Planning & Operations role drives team effectiveness through support of organizational team management, structured meetings, and change management. This role is essential for the day-to-day operations of the teams and serves as a key liaison to other IT organizations (CTO, PME, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Commercial Transformation) on assigned projects. The Global IT Planning & Operations role is a key leader,
partnering and influencing business strategies and capabilities to drive operational performance and revenue growth. This role ensures the effective operation and advancement of the organization and reports directly to The Vice President of Business Technology Solutions.
Key Accountabilities
1. Perform global portfolio management activities in conjunction with The Head of Business Technology Strategy and Program Management Office, consolidating and recommending project priorities, and driving projects through the IT processes.
2. Assist in maintaining a global dashboard of all the key aligned activities between the functions and IT, helping keep the status up to date for review with Functional and IT leadership.
3. Oversee preparation and control of global IT budgets for the team.

Partner with the Head of Business Technology Strategy and Divisional CIOs to drive business value and higher levels of team performance through organizational team management (hiring process and job descriptions).
5. Engage with The Head of Business Technology Strategy to develop and maintain global IT Business and Talent Plans for the Team.
6. Act as liaison/coordination point for deployment of Corporate IT programs within the team (e.g., CI/LEAN, Talent Building).
7. Identify and implement process improvements to deliver process efficiency, improve execution, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction via CI/LEAN methods and technology-enabled solutions.
8. Define goal management and tracking (i.e., metrics, reporting, performance analysis).
9. Efficiently implement key corporate initiatives by leveraging existing resources and assets as well as coordinating ad-hoc requests and project assignments.
10. Plan,
coordinate and facilitate team meetings, Town Hall meetings, and other events including establishing operating rhythms, working with administrative support staff on scheduling, setting agendas, and driving appropriate follow-up.
Key Qualifications and Experiences
1. Advanced degree (B.S./B.A.), with a total of 7-10+ years of work experience in the related field.
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication and project management skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.
3. Ability to prioritize and manage work and trade-offs against critical timelines in a fast-paced environment.
4. Build a strong internal and external network of personal relationships to identify issues and opportunities and provide positive, best-in-class perspectives to others (e.g., executive team).
5.
Experience in managing service delivery using multiple IT services through an off-shore model.
6. Experience and knowledge in developing strategic planning, leadership, and organization delivery across a Global Enterprise.
7. Ability to work independently with little supervision.
8. Ability to work in a virtual team that may work across distances (remote), cultures, and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners, and customers.
9. Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
