Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client’s team in various operational and administrative functions. This role involves managing scheduling, emails, to-do lists, and assisting with sales, account management, and general company operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, independent, and efficient in handling multiple responsibilities.

Availability: Full-time or part-time (Minimum 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week)
Flexible schedule within 9 AM – 5 PM CST
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and prioritize emails, responding on behalf of leadership when needed
2. Oversee calendar management and scheduling
3. Maintain and update to-do lists, providing priority reminders
4. Provide administrative support for sales, account management, and business operations
5. Assist with travel arrangements, invoicing for freelance work, and expense reports
6. Perform additional tasks as needed to support company operations
Required Experience and Qualifications:
1. Strong organizational and time-management skills
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Experience handling confidential information with discretion
4. High level of attention to detail and accuracy
5. Ability to work independently and take initiative
6. Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
