What You'll Be Doing: Responsible for establishing the clinical division in Latin America.Maintains and updates clinical Policies, Procedures and Associated Documents according to Corporate Policies.Collects and analyzes relevant clinical operations metrics to ensure profitability and efficient process development.Identifies deficiencies and participates in the development of clinical tools, trainings or process improvements.Provide support for both internal and external audits as required, including ensuing audit preparedness.Ensures audit preparedness of Clinical operations employees, including training records, processes, and SOP compliance.What We Are Searching For:
Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent in clinical, science or health related field from an accredited institution or a licensed healthcare professional.
Clinical Research or CRO background preferred.Minimum of 10 years prior relevant clinical research experience, ideally across SSU and Clinical Monitoring.Extensive experience with leading initiatives and developing rigor around Clinical Policies, Procedures and Associated Documents is highly preferred.Proven people leader who is able to guide staff through changes and to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics encouraging teamwork and developing team capabilities.Proven interpersonal and communication skills able to work and lead efficiently within a matrix environment.Working knowledge of local country regulations (e.g,
