Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute an effective LinkedIn and digital marketing strategy. This role is critical to driving engagement, growing our online presence, and optimizing our content strategy. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our social media efforts, ensuring a structured plan, strong execution, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement a LinkedIn content strategy, including creating a social media calendar, growing followers, and increasing engagement.
Content Creation : Write compelling copy, design posts using Canva or similar tools,
and ensure content aligns with our brand voice.
Hands-On Posting & Management : Take full ownership of posting on LinkedIn, ensuring consistency and quality.
Analytics & Reporting : Use HubSpot, LinkedIn analytics, and Google Analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights.
Digital Marketing Support : Assist in executing broader marketing initiatives, including B2B marketing strategies and leveraging tools like Google Ads.
Process Improvement : Identify and recommend tools and processes to enhance social media efficiency.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles, preferably in B2B or professional services.
Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and content design tools like Canva.
LinkedIn Expertise : Profile optimization, content strategy, audience growth.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, social media strategy, and execution.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging social media content.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
