Responsibilities
1. Manage the company’s financial planning.
2. Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
3. Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
4. Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
5. Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
6. Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
7. Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current methods.

Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
9. Works with the President and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
10. Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
11. Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas.
12. Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
13. Determine finance KPIs.
14. Assisting with high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
15. Supervising the financial reporting and budgeting team.
Requirements and skills
1. Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role.
2. In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
3. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
4. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. QuickBooks).
5. Ability to strategize and solve problems.
6. Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and people skills.
8. An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
9. CPA is a strong advantage.
10. BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
