Capability Network Strategy & Programs Lead: The CN Program Manager works collaboratively with the Global Capability Network (CN) Biz Ops Lead to help drive the CN vision,



growth strategy, and operations agenda across all function and industry capabilities, markets, and global locations. The CN Program Manager liaises with CN business leaders, Business Operations team, and other corporate functions to ensure a consistent approach for operations and management globally.

Strategic & Business Enablement

1. Help the Global Lead to craft and execute the CN vision, strategy, and plans within all global capabilities, locations, and markets.
2. Analyze key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the CN and assist in interventions to help in delivery of target outcomes and operational targets.
3. Partner/collaborate with various corporate functions that support the entity to provide consistent support.
4. Assist in the relationship management and teaming with S&C; networks and market teams that are critical for CN growth and partnership.
5. Support & coordinate external and internal Functions initiatives (e.g., business reviews, leadership team calls, initiative sessions, strategic and operational planning).
6.



Help manage and report on CN MD&I; allocation and outcomes.
7. Collaborate with Marketing and Comms to establish/coordinate appropriate internal community activities and an overall communication strategy to create a strong Community of Practice site, Town Halls, practice newsletters, learning boards, etc.
8. Leverage and make available all best-in-class offerings and credentials working with CN Capabilities and CoEs.

Qualifications

Experience & Key Skills:

1. 10-15 years of experience.
2. Strong business and financial acumen.
3. Strategic thinker.
4. Excellent communications and strong influencing skills.
5. Experience working with senior leadership teams and global stakeholders.
6. Strong program management and operational skills and experience.
7. Strong judgment, ability to prioritize, make decisions, and anticipate risks ahead of time.
8.



Consulting experience or strong familiarity with consulting work and metrics.
9. Global experience.
10. Relevant function or industry experience background would be advantageous.

Other Requirements

- Flexibility to have calls with people across global time zones when required.

Education

Must have:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (minimum).
2. Project and organization management skills.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Demonstrated confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Executives.

Work Experience

Good to have:

1. Understanding of organization business processes and policies.
2. Experience in change management, behavior change, sales processes, sales methodologies, sales improvement programs.
3. Ability to work in a highly collaborative, influence-based model.
4. Leadership and strategic thinking skills.
5. Demonstrated bias for action.





Must have:

1. Demonstrated capability to drive/excute multiple initiatives individually and with a team with minimal supervision and guidance.
2. Program management skills.
3. Excellent oral and written communications skills.
4. Self-driven, organized, structured.
5. Accuracy and attention to detail; prioritizes and plans work activities independently.
6. Analytical skills; collects, researches, and interprets data.
7. Strong collaboration, facilitation, and team-building skills.
