Come and be part of our Financial Services’ Organization in ExxonMobil Buenos Aires Global Business Center, a company with more than 18 years providing quality services to ExxonMobil affiliates worldwide. Our offices are located in Retiro and Puerto Madero.
In financial services you will have challenging assignments, playing a key role to meet our Financial Reporting obligations and assist our Business counterparts with new developments and projects. There are ~1000 energized employees aiming to provide quality results for the Corporation. What role you will play in our team
We are looking for Finance professionals to be involved in:
1. Financial Close & Reporting activities (mainly US GAAP)
2. Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Billing and Tax accounting activities
3. Product Movement and Inventory recording and accounting
4. Upstream Revenue & Royalty accounting, Financial & Operations Accounting
5. Payroll Accounting & Operations
6. Planning, Budgeting & Stewardship
7. Controls, Audit (including SOX)
8. IT & Systems activities: analytics, automation, system migrations, data management
What you will do
We are looking for Finance professionals to be involved in:
1.
Active engagement in month, quarter, year end close and process-specific activities
2. Interaction & involvement with the business, namely Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions Business Lines
3. Provide Support to our customers
4. Be part of a high-performing team
5. Opportunistic involvement in projects
6. Process improvements, automation and continuous improvement
About you
We are looking for someone who has a strong finance background and has the following skills and qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in: CPA (Contador Público), Business Administration, Business Administration with Systems, Economists
2. Advanced English level and communication skills
3. Teamwork
4. Ability to effectively work across multiple organizations and teams
5. Strong analytical skills, Attention to details
6. Proactivity, drive and innovation
