Analytical Lead, Large Customer Sales (English, Spanish)

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or in a data science field.
3. Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client management in the region.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
2. Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data,



or with other programming or scripting languages such as R or Python.
3. Experience with data analytics or online experimentation via A/B testing.
4. Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

As an Analytical Lead, you will consult with clients and agencies, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that fuel business expansion. You'll develop sophisticated sales strategies aligned with client objectives and utilize your analytical expertise to solve complex business challenges.





Responsibilities:

1. Develop solutions for client business and marketing challenges while also uncovering opportunities.
2. Collaborate with Sales team to innovate and develop scalable solutions cross-industry challenges.
3. Act as a measurement advocate and analyst to impact client's digital maturity.
4. Consult with clients on opportunities associated with business patterns and potential business impact.
5. Advise clients on methodologies for marketing and media analytics, measurement, and attribution.
6. Identify key decision makers, challenge the status quo and influence decisions.
7. Foster client relationships with others in the organization including marketing/advertising, analytics, and corporate strategy, among others.
8. Partner with internal and external Product, Research,



Data and Measurement teams to bring full analytical capabilities to customers.
