Your Role and Responsibilities
This role reports directly to the VP of CIO Business Operations and serves as the leader for the Business Operations - Performance & OKRs function.
This individual should have an extensive background in global project management and have supervisory experience in business operations, preferably in a CIO/ IT organization.
This role monitors and evaluates organizational objectives and key results (OKRs) of Kyndryl's CIO Organization - both during the transition from IBM to Kyndryl and afterwards - and will be responsible for improving its performance across OKRs.
Further, this role will collaborate with other departments to carry out Kyndryl's CIO mission and vision.
Responsibilities Develops business insights in support of IT planning and execution.Monitors and evaluates CIO program performance via organizational objectives and key results (OKRs).Proactively identifies issues and proposes solutions.Defines both day-to-day and far-reaching objectives and key results,
defines and manages initiatives and tracks the outcome.Provides insightful analytics and regularly updates key stakeholders.Collaborate with other departments on various performance projects.Required Technical and Professional Expertise Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or other related field.MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.5+ years of supervisory and leadership experience in operations or related field.Proven track record as team leader with an understanding of management practices.Demonstrated global project management skills, preferably in an IT/ CIO organization.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively on cross-functional projects or teams, and to create effective relationships, influence, negotiate, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.Excellent communication skills,
with the ability to collaborate well in a team environment.Fluent English.Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
10+ years of supervisory and leadership experience in operations or related field.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree.
