A leading AI-driven technology company is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their front-end and back-end development teams.

The Engineering Manager will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
and play a key role in shaping software architecture, driving technical excellence, and fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a fully remote development team of ~20 engineers across frontend and backend disciplinesCollaborate with CTO and Chief AI Officer to define and execute the technical vision and strategy for our productsOversee software architecture and ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our solutionsManage project timelines, resource allocation, and team deliverables to meet company goalsGuide the team in adopting best practices for coding, testing, and DevOps processesFoster a collaborative engineering culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and innovationProvide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team membersStay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the teamRequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field7+ years of experience in software engineering,
with at least 3 years in leadership rolesHands-on experience with both front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., React, Python)Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi)Strong software architecture expertise, with a focus on building scalable and maintainable systemsExperience with AWS, including certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer)Proven ability to manage and scale remote engineering teams effectivelyA track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budgetExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsC1/C2 (advanced/proficient)
