About the company we are hiring for: WeAssist's internal team embodies a vibrant culture focused on growth, empowerment, and fostering meaningful connections. With a fully established Filipino team of 16 dedicated individuals, we have successfully built a strong base of outsourced professionals for our clients, totaling 75 individuals. Mission of Director for Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: As a Director for Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, your mission is to serve as the right hand to our COO, playing a crucial role in the expansion of high-performing recruiting divisions across various countries. Through strategic leadership and innovative recruitment strategies, we aim to create mutually beneficial opportunities, fostering a culture of growth and empowerment within the global workforce.
Your responsibilities encompass:
1. Recruiting Process Development: Helping build the most valuable, effective,
and streamlined recruiting process to find high-level outsourced professionals.
2. Optimizing Sourcing Strategies: Must be highly effective in LinkedIn search and outreach methods.
3. Project Management: Must be able to clarify details, set priorities, set deadlines, and move forward on projects effectively.
4. ATS Implementation and Management: Must be able to find and set up the most effective ATS trackers for our teams.
5. Training and Quality Control: Conduct training calls, quality control systems, and support systems for new and current team members.
6. Client Management: Work directly with clients through the recruiting process and after to ensure retention and high-performing OP’s.
7. Team Development and Leadership: Hire, train, and help co-lead our recruiting teams.

Building a World-Class Team: You will be fully supported in building out a world-class remote recruiting team for Central America.
