Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Development Manager with a strong background in marketing and sales within the tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a tour operator company, airline, or DMC, and be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities in the assigned region.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase Touristalia's market share.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, travel agencies, and key stakeholders.
4. Drive sales initiatives and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
5. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and resources.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tourism industry, preferably in a tour operator company, airline, or DMC.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proven track record in marketing and sales.
4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Candidates must be currently residing in Jakarta, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, Mumbai, Delhi, or Manila.
