What you will do
1. Campaign Management and Optimization:
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting warm leads and existing contacts; Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure high engagement, conversion rates, and ROI;
2. Marketing Automation and CRM Integration:
Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to support nurturing campaigns; Ensure CRM systems are integrated and updated to track audience engagement effectively;
3. Audience Segmentation and Insights:
Use data analytics to create detailed audience segments for targeted marketing strategies; Conduct A/B tests to refine messaging, timing, and delivery for maximum impact;
4. Content Coordination:
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop personalized assets for warm audiences (emails, landing pages, webinars, etc.); Align messaging with the overall brand voice and marketing strategy;
5. Performance Reporting:
Create dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and identify improvement areas; Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable strategies; Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools,
and best practices; Propose innovative ideas to improve the warm audience journey and increase conversions.
Must haves
1. 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles;
2. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools;
3. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making;
4. Excellent project management and organizational abilities;
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
6. A customer-first mindset with a keen understanding of the buyer’s journey;
Nice to haves
1. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Looker Studio;
2. Experience in SaaS, B2B, or tech industries;
3. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies;
4. Certifications in marketing tools or platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
