The opportunityThe Service Line Support Lead will provide senior level engagement with leaders in the EY service lines to drive vulnerability remediation strategy changes and inform stakeholders of vulnerability health.
The Lead will work with their team to build vulnerability management into the operations of the service lines to improve and promote the strength of the EY security posture.
Your key responsibilitiesAs the Service Line Support Lead in Vulnerability Management at EY, you will be at the helm of a dedicated team, tasked with translating complex vulnerability findings into clear, actionable intelligence for various service lines.
Your role is pivotal in fostering robust relationships with stakeholders across the organization,
ensuring that each service line is equipped with tailored remediation strategies that align with their specific security needs.
Skills and attributes for successDemonstrated ability to distil complex, technical data into clear, concise explanationsInnate ability to develop and maintain relationshipsExpert understanding of information security and cybersecurity principlesAbility to work independently and prioritizeExtensive experience briefing C-level executivesEfficient research methodologiesTo qualify for the role you must have10+ years of Information Security experience2+ years of data analytics experience and related metrics development and reportingStrong knowledge of identifying and remediating vulnerabilities in an enterprise environmentAn expert ability to explain information security and cybersecurity principlesDemonstrated experience assessing and communicating the risk of vulnerabilities to all levels within an organizationAn in-depth understanding of security control functionality in the context of threatsAn interest and aptitude for engaging stakeholders and developing a functional network of subject matter expertsProficiency developing non-traditional solutions to complex challengesExperience mentoring and developing junior talent from diverse backgroundsWhat we look forWe are looking for an experienced, self-driven leader that can analyze security trends and convey them to a business audience.
